回複：請問我這樣的身份可以回中國探親嗎？

加拿大公民，H1b 已經第5年了。綠卡申請140批準，但仍然在等待不知那個猴年才能申請485。如果我現在回國探親，能安全回來繼續保持H1b 嗎？（如果我在中國辦理返簽H1b 成功的話）
-Becuase you are 加拿大公民, you do not need H1 visa and just bring the H1 approval notice and recent 3 month paycheck stubs with you to enter US to get the h1 I- 94 at the port of entry.
