回複：綠卡海歸如何保留美國的身份啊?

主要是身份的問題.2年前拿到綠卡,現在有做海龜的想法.問題是如果遊回去了,綠卡還能維持嗎?LG也是和我同時綠的.如何維持呢?
-Apply for Reentry permit (RP) which allows you to stay in China for a maximum of two years.

是不是6個月回美一次就OK?
-Not OK if you do it several time.

要在美留多長時間呢?
-At leat 6 months each year continuously.


準備歸3年左右再回來.能不能我先歸,留LG變美國手表,到時候我再申請女表?
-Technically,fine. But why don't you apply for RP for two times which allow you to stay in China for total 4 years?

PS 拿到綠卡5年可以申請公民的"拿到綠卡"是指具體哪一天啊?
