先用EB3申請了, i40, 485趁著當年都交了. 現在要交EB2的140. 好象要4個月左右批. 之後是否要等另外一個180天, 才能換工作.
-Is the EB2 filed by the same employer as the EB3? If yes, you can not change the job.Otherwise, your EB2 I-140 will be invalid because the Eb2 PD is not current and thus, you can not do the I-485 transfer/relink from Eb3 to Eb2.
