Questions about I-485 Pre-Approved,864321 and Pjing help

What does it mean by "I-485 Pre-Approved"?
I submitted my I-485 on July 1,2007.My PERM Priorit date is January 1,2007.
Was my I-485 pre-approved? If Yes, does that mean no any more Refference from USCIS even if I know no job in the future?
