感謝大家對新移民聯合會NIU的大力支持，目前我們已有會員近百人，經費2萬餘元。
NIU自2009年6月成立以來，有成功，也有失敗，但NIU是一個開放民主的組織，隻要有
一批又一批新移民的到來，NIU就會一直保持其活力。近一個月來，有４名理事由於工
作、生活負擔太重，不得不辭去理事等職務。經理事會討論決定增補以下職位：
NIU主席１名: 負責統籌NIU一切組織協調工作, 保持和各項目主席緊密聯係, 激發大家
參與各項目具體計劃和活動的熱情,推動以中國職業移民為中心的移民行政改革和法律
改革,積極爭取和維護中國合法移民的利益。The President shall be the chief
executive officer of the Corporation and shall have general supervision over
the business of the Corporation,subject,however, to the control of the
Board and of any duly authorized committee of Directors. The President shall
, if present, preside at all meetings of the Board. He or she may sign and
execute in the name of the Corporation deeds, mortgages, bonds, contracts
and other instruments authorized by the Board, except in cases where the
signing and execution thereof shall be expressly delegated by the Board or
By-laws to some other officer or agent of the Corporation, or shall be
required by law otherwise to be signed or executed; and, in general, he or
she shall perform all duties incident to the office of President and such
other duties as from time to time may be assigned to him or her by the Board

項目主席多名 （485提早遞交, 移民局公布數據執行，ACT-NOW法案，RECAPTURE/回收
往年剩餘名額，STEM法案的立法，提高7%LIMIT的立法）:具體負責整個項目的組織,宣
傳,籌款,誌願者的召集,並執行項目計劃.
NIU副主席２名: 常務１名, 負責協助主席和各項目主席的具體工作。公共關係１名,
代表NIU與各媒體、團體日常聯絡, 協助各項目組發布公告、聯合盟友、爭取捐款。At
the request of the President, or in the absence of the President, at the
request of the Board, the Vice Presidents shall (in such order as may be
designated by the Board or in the absence of any such designation in order
of seniority based on age) perform all of the duties of the President and so
acting shall have all the powers of and be subject to all restrictions upon
the President. Any Vice President may sign and execute in the name of the
Corporation deeds,mortgages,bonds,contracts or other instruments authorized
by the Board, except in cases where the signing and execution thereof shall
be expressly delegated by the Board or by the By-laws to some other officer
or agent of the Corporation, or shall be required by law otherwise to be
signed or executed; and shall perform such other duties as from time to time

理事多名: 組成理事會，決定NIU各項事物。"The Corporation shall be managed by
the Board of Directors, which may exercise all such power of the Corporation
and do such acts and things as may be permitted by law to be done by a New

選舉辦法：
一、候選人資格：NIU會員
二、選舉方式：首先由會員直選，空缺由理事會補選。
三、選舉程序：
1、自即日起請各位會員自薦、推薦候選人，為期２周（2010/3/30－2010/4/12）。所
有候選人需提交個人簡介(參見http://bbs.niunational.org/viewtopic.php?f=20&t=1547)。請寄contact@niunational.org
2、理事會對候選人資格核實後，公布候選人名單以及投票網站,電子郵件地址 。
3、網上投票為首選，手工投票（電子郵件）為補充。投票後請大家保存好投票資料，
以備核實。投票時間為１周。選舉周內停止新會員注冊。
四、選舉結果評定：理事需半數以上投票人同意。主席（兼理事）需具有理事資格或為
現任理事，得票最多者當選。副主席（兼理事）需具有理事資格或為現任理事，得票最
多者當選。項目主席得票前兩位者當選。 選舉結果經現任理事會確認後予以公布。
五、會員直選後的空缺職位由新任理事會進行補選。
