剛才問過的，我忘了說了，我小孩3歲多不到4歲，從來沒有收到過打指紋的notice，但是交了照片的，485已經批了一段時間了，一直沒收到綠卡，

有人說這麽小的孩子因為沒打指紋不用綠卡？說approve notice就行了，
