我們學校屬於NSC，我想讓HR efile 我的EB1B＋PP，但他們說140表上要Dean簽字，而
且要用學校 issue 的check，他們以前辦的都是paper file的。

請問e－file的話，140表上的簽字怎麽弄？還是沒有簽字，隻是HR 最後在係統裏
certify一下就行了？
-Correct.Because the account is your employer's, your employer just need to sign the form electronically (certify it online). You may hire a lawyer to do the paperwork for you and thus, the lawyer can deal with your employer (these people have no immigration knowledge).
