整個情況是這樣的：

2008年申請的NIW 140，
2009年1月申請的Eb1b 140+485，2月份485已經批準，綠卡收到。485的批件上PD被relink到NIW 140的日期。

我又基於批準的485為在國內的LD申請824/consular processing,824的checklist裏麵
要求出具當初遞交的485 form，給了。

等了一個月今天收到兩個rejection，說我PD不current，且check amount不對（本來開的340刀申請824用的，給被當作485申請肯定amount不對），所以485被拒，於是824也被拒。但是485的拒件上顯示的是一個新的receipt號碼，把這個號碼的485給拒了。
-You need to contact USCIS to correct the mistake by calling, mail and visting local office (do thiese three ways at the same time)as soon as possible. After you fix the problem, you may withdraw the NIW I-140 in case they mess up your case agin.


看來一定是遇到了頂級糊塗鬼了，誤把我的824申請當作485申請了。接下來我該怎麽辦？
-After you contact USCIS, see what will happen. You may need to file I-485 Motion to reconsideration.


原先的485會受影響嗎？
-Yes because USCIS thought they had approved your case by mistakenly.
