My Perm's priorit date is January,2007.I my I-140/I485 in July,2007.I-140 was approved.
Question: I want to change job from java developer to database developer,

USCIS will check my reference letter?
-No if you still work for the same employer. If you change your employer, USCIS may send you RFE for employment verification letter. But you will be OK because these two positions are in the same area.

Is there any risky?
-No.
