皮匠大師： 孩子人在加拿大上學， 下月即過年齡21. 我們在美住， 可以申請485. 請問孩子可否和我一起遞485？ Consular processing 會不會 aged out?
-Your kid needs to be present in US physically to file I-485. As long as your kid file the I-485 before he/she turns 21, he/she will be fine (no age-out problem). if your kid wants to use the Consular processing, you needs to file I-824 for him/her after your I-485 filing.
