父母綠卡馬上到排期，請問要給在美國出生的孩子辦回國手續怎麽辦？謝謝！
-申請旅行證 before the parents get the GC and the kid can use 旅行證 for the travel after the parents get their GC. If the parents get their GC and the kid has no 旅行證 yet, the kid has to apply for the Chinese visa.
