護照在領事館換新，可以先用舊護照預約美國廣領館的簽證，麵試時新舊護照一起拿去行嗎？

買了5月初的票回國，但是新護照要到4月20號左右才能拿到。我能先用舊護照號碼進行簽證預約，然後麵試時拿新護照和舊護照一起去行嗎？擔心4月底拿到新護照的時候，約不到想要的日期而耽誤回程。我隻能在國內呆3周，時間實在有限。
