Ask your employer to get the H1 prevail wage determination via the new prevailing wage determination center at the DOL; or it could be done instantly by using one of the OES data sources.

To avoid the uncertainly of the ETA 9141 prevailing wage determination timeline, you can consult one of the wage source databases (OES, for example).

After geting the prevail wage, your employer should file LCA application (enclosethe current prevail wage determination). After the LCA approval, file teh H1 petition.
