recent J1 to F1 in Nebraska?

Is there anybody just got I539 proved in Nebraska center from J1 to F1 recently? www.immigration.com posts the processing date up to 9-15-03. I sent my paperwork in August, and I am still waiting. Friends on the same boat please give me some information and encouragement. Any information would be appreciated!
