Pjiang and 863211 老師，請問H1B 的I-129問題！

H1B六年到期，現申請第二次RENEWAL，同一老板. I-485 pending.

I-129 form,

Part 2, item 4. Prior Petition. If the beneficiary is in the US as a nonimmigrant and is applying to change and/or extend his or her status, give the prior petition or application receipt#：這裏是要填I-485的receipt number嗎？

Part 4, item 8. If you indicated you were filing a new petition in Part 2, within the past seven years has any person in this petition:
a. Ever been given the classification you are now requesting?
b. Ever been denied the classification you are now requesting?
我是申請RENEWAL, 是不是這兩項都不用填了？
