我已拿到新學校offer，現在工作到5月30號結束，我該什麽時候開始申請h1的transfer？我擔心什麽gap問題。請指教。
-You can do the H1 transfer before your current job is terminated (you can do it now if you want). The procedure is the same as you file a new h1 or do h1 extension. Ask your new employer to do it for you or find a lawyer to help you.
