我在nonprofit中學工作，已拿h1工作了兩年半，現在想換雇主，我怎麽才能知道自己現在的h1是nonprofit還是profit？多謝了!

Institutions of higher learning, affiliated research organizations, nonprofit research organizations and governmental research organizations

Please note that the word " Research organization"
