有一些幫父母辦綠卡的初級問題。我父母現在還在中國。
剛剛收到USCIS關於父母的I130已經被批準的通知。我是現在就可以幫他們遞交I485等表格，
-Your parents can not file I-485 because they are not physically present in US.

還是必須等待National Visa Center的回音才能動作啊？
-Correct. Just follow the instructions from NVC to provide the required documents. They will send you a packet soon.
