NIW 2005年9月底，可能很快排期就到了，但是，工作也要沒有了，請問老師們，如果轉成technician或者其他的title,但是還是在原來的學校，有沒有 問題，就是擔心有RFE.
-Because your I-485 has been filed for a long time, I guess USCIS have pre-approved your case, and just wait for teh PD to be current to issue the formal approval notice. That means USCIS normally will not send you RFE. if you receive RFE, you just ask your school (Dept. Chair, Dean or HR director) to provide a letter. You may ask your school to make some politics in the letter to meet the RFE requirement.

一般NIW RFE如果要求employment letter 的話，需要提供什麽材料，一般給多久的時間準備材料？
-Normally you need to reply to the RFE within one month. Just need the employer to provide a letter and that is all.

有沒有可能等真的收到信再想辦法找工作，會不會來不及了?
