請問要不要&怎麽在稅表中 deduct IRA

1.W-2中retirement plan checked, 學校貢獻大概我工資的A%,我能不能將這部分deducted 作為IRA?

2.如果有工作的一方經計算IRA是$3,000, spouse也應該是$3,000(但兩人file married jointly 隻能deduct $5,000), 對不對?
