-No. You have to keep your green card valid. So, you need to apply for reentry permit (RP) to travel to China if you want to stay there for > one year
我的綠卡這些年間還有效嗎?
-No if you stay there more than one year without RP. Using RP, you can stay outside US for a maximum of two years.

這些年其間我需要經常回美國嗎?

2. 勞工工作的公司年營業額大約15-20MIL,其中中國進口額10MIL, 都是我勞工經手采購的. 這中情況申請N470有希望嗎?
-It is possible, but he still needs RP to stay in China if he will be there for more than one year.

3. 如果N470不行, 勞工要在中國工作至少5-6年, 但每年有半年時間在美國.
-Fine if he can stay in US more than 6 months each year. This also will not affect him to apply for US citizenship.

這樣能靠I131保持綠卡嗎? 是不是時間太長了?
-Not need RP in this case.
