回複：還是隻給了三個月Visa。H1B麵談在Montreal遇險ed，續2

兩天前曾發二帖“H1B麵談在Montreal遇險”,今天向同誌們再次匯報拿到護照的結果。

今天早上剛剛拿到郵寄來得護照，看到上麵的簽證還是隻給了3個月2個entries.我不懂了，不知道這意味著什麽：
- This is correct.

1。以後還可以在加拿大簽證嗎還是他們已經不認可我為加拿大PR而需要我到中國去簽證呢？
- Not related.

2。這是否意味著對我的485產生了問題？
- No.

3。以後再簽證不管在哪裏還可以簽證到3年的嗎？
- The visa should be same, 3 months. But you can review your H-1B inside US or outside, which can give you 3 years, if you have approved labor certification before 5th year.

4。我下一步該怎麽做呢？
- Return to US. But be careful with I-94 card, whose expiration date should be same with I-797 approval notice of your current H1-B.
