急問：H1B申請因誤被拒

請問我的朋友該怎麽辦?非常感謝!

something very unpleasant happened to my friend. This is what she told me.

Monday night my contract company manager called me and said USCIS revoked my H1 visa because they can not find me in the building (I am working at a difference location from the company address). He asked me not to go to work until further notice, said the company lawyer will appeal, and in this waiting period the company won’t pay me.

The lawyer told me three options to resolve this problem.
(1) Change to tourist visa for now while waiting for appeal result.
(2) File a new H1B application, but she is not sure the chance of success.
(3) Find a new employer.

I have asked lawyer to show me the notice from CIS; but she said that belongs to employer but me. She needs to ask employer if they are willing to share. I asked the lawyer if they received “Intend to deny’ notice from CIS. The lawyer said that they have received “Intend to deny” last year and had appealed. This time what they receive is “Revocation”.
