也問法居士：485 and my wife's status

I concurrently filed my 140 and 485 based on EB1-A last August in California. I did not include my wife at that time. I need to send her application as soon as possible. But I am still afraid that if my 485 is approved, she will lose her status. Is there any way to help me out? Someone said for employment based application, there is a 6-month period to adjust the status. I can send her application during that period. Is it true? What's your opinion.
