Please help with DS-160 questions for B2

My dad came to USA once around 20 years ago for business trip and stay USA for one week. My mom never in USA before. My dad don't have the old passports and visa with him since it give to his old company 20 years ago and hard to find it back. My question is how I answer questions for my dad for 160:

1. Date last visa was issued? ( we don't know since 20 years ago)

2. are you applying for the same type of visa? ( is that B2 for the old one)

Is that will have negative effects for my dad's new B2 application?_:o

i can't type in chinese from office, sorry.
