爸爸的三哥在美定居20多年了，6，7年前說是可以辦直係的親屬過去定居，但要排著隊等。於是乎他把我爸排進隊了。

現在說是馬上就能輪上了，然後我爸去，然後我跟我媽就可以去了。請對於美國移民問題懂行的人分析下，這事兒靠普嗎？
