您昨天的回帖有點沒看懂 On the other hand, I don't think there is a way to go after your hu*****and, w/o his SSN，能再給解釋一遍嗎？老公因跟我一起報稅，所以他是有一個SSN，另外如果他將來想考NY駕照或申請綠卡，不繳費會對他有影響嗎？唉，說起來真是有點冤，因為他那天在long island辦事，要知道在local很多路口是可以紅燈右轉的，他是一不小心大意了，絕不是有意膽大妄為，多謝您能再次回帖指教！
