請問大家，入籍是在取得臨時婚姻綠卡後多久可以申請？

-Correct. you can file the application at that time, but USCIS will not approved your application until you got the GC for three years.

是否可以理解為，比如2011年1月獲得婚姻臨時綠卡，2013年一月前三個月可以申請正式綠卡，2014年提前三個月可以申請入籍？
-You are right. 入籍申請 is irrelevant to the正式綠卡申請. As long as you got the conditioanl GC for 2年零9個月, you can file the application for the US citizenhsip even if your application for removal of conditions for your臨時綠卡 is still pending.
