我以前是j1，現在換成了h1,想六月份去加拿大開會，有大俠答複我說我可以免簽回美。
-Yes, you can come back to US from Canada within 30 days without using a valid visa or travel document based on Automatic Visa Revalidation (AVR) rule if you have a valid I-94. The I-94 is good enough to get you re-entry back into US.


另一個問題是我現在正準備EB1A的申請材料，想在4月加急遞交，運氣好的話4月底或5月初就可能得到140批準。如果我六月去加拿大，對我的EB1A申請有影響嗎，我需要等從加拿大回來再遞485嗎？
-I am not sure whether use of AVR rule will hurt your pending I-485 because I did not find any lawful base to clarify this issue. You may need to discuss it with your lawyer or for the safe reason, just file the I-485 after you return to U.S from canada.
