I have a Eb2-based140 approved in NSC and 485 is pending at NSC. Now my EB1-based 140 just got approved at TSC.

If i want to relink this new 140 with the previous 485, where should i send my hu*****and's 485?
-Send his I-485 to TSC where your I-140 was filed and approved and then, ask USCIS to relink your I-485 to your EB1 I-140. But most likely, TSC will send your approved I-140 and your hu*****and's I-485 to NSC later after you ask the I-485 re-like (I have seen USCIS did that for some cases like yours). But by this point, you have to follow the instruction to file your hu*****and's I-485 to TSC.

We are both in TX and he didn't file 485 with me when i had my Eb2 485 filed.
