What "valid visa stamp" qualifies for Financial aid?

女兒今年九月上大學。 現在是４８５ pending， 有H－４ Visa， 沒有用過AP。

現在學校要證明身份的文件， 原文如下：
Please submit documentation of your citizenship status to our office
within 30 days of this notice. Acceptable documentation includes a
photocopy of ONE of the following:

**Both sides of your Alien Registration Card
**Your foreign Passport with valid Visa stamp
**Both sides of your I-94 document
**Certificate of Naturalization or Citizenship
**Birth certificate (if born in the United States)
**U.S. Passport
