我父母年輕時從老家支邊到青海, D230 PART I 我們是這樣的填寫的:
18-50 青海
50-目前 長沙

16歲-18歲我父母在老家蘇州, 這一段我們沒有填, 是不是就是NVC信裏的GAP? 如此說來, 我們需要蘇州, 青海,長沙三地的無犯罪記錄?
-No. You just need to ask the Chinese Security Department (Police Deparment) in your parent's resident city/County or Province to issue the 無犯罪記錄certificate indicating your parent had never committed any crime within China from (MM/DD/YYYY) when they were 16 years old till (on MM/DD/YYYY) they left china. Then, take this certificate to 公證處去公證 (both Chinese and English). That is all.
