黑下來”的人申請綠卡, 就是130，131同時交表？有人說不行，這種說法是否正確？
-If your unlwayful presence ("黑下來”) is more than 180 days or one year, you can not go out of U.S. even if you use AP, otherwise, you will be banned to enter U.S. for at least 3 years or ten years. So it is useless for you to get the AP (file I-131) in this case.
