I am leaving the US for China next month. I will use AP to reenter the US later. I am 485 pending, using H1B to work now. (I don't have an EAD) This will be my first time using AP. My last entry to US was in April 2005, and I have an I-94 card from this entry which expired. I also have a H1B approval notice with I-94 at the bottom showing the H1B expiry date in 2012.Should I turn in the actual I-94card from my last entry or the bottom part I-94 on my H1B extension approval notice?
Thanks for the clarification in advance.
Which I-94 to turnin- expiredI-94 card or I-94 on H1B notice?
