正在給家人準備材料,申辦的H1B是Part-time的職位,在非營利單位工作,我想知道是,如果將來有機會她轉成Full-time,是不是還需要重新遞交一遍材料,從Part-time轉成Full-time?
-Her employer just needs to file an H1 amendment if changing the job from part-time to full time for the same employer.
