那麽, 如果在收到RFE的時候, 如果公司願意把職位寫成COMPUTER SCIENTIST AND RESEARCHER就應該沒事了?
-That will be better. Your new employer may write the responsibility to match this field (researcher, not engineer, not need to be exact the same as your old responsibility).

如果擔心這個I-485被拒, 要新公司辦綠卡的話, 要從PERM重新開始嗎?,
-Yes.
然後I-140, 然後Carry over PD, 再交I-485嗎?
-Correct. But I do not think you need to do that. As long as you carefully respond the RFE (if any), you should be fine.
