-Based on I-130 instruction, Father,s GC application needs父母的結婚公證, but the mohter does'nt. But soem people (fathers) got their GC without this document and it seems USCIS does not strict on this document requirement.

和無犯罪記錄公證嗎？
-Not need this document if your parents apply for their GC within US (filing I-485).

多長時間內的公證為有效？
-Any time is OK for 結婚公證.

一年內的行嗎？
