I believe you got approved

The reason as below:

After 婚姻綠卡－麵試之後, you will get the conditional green card.
Oath Ceremony is for Nurtulization, not for your case.

"we ordered production of your new card." means it was spproved.

I guess I-130's statement is not update yet...

Don't worry...

When I had 婚姻綠卡麵試, the same time, the offcer told me I got approved.
In your case, if the officer didn't say they want review or check up the background, means you got approved.
Because you still need remove the condition after two years of conditional green card.
