如何查詢485待批？POJ Method not working

Would like to ask everybody how to call TSC and talk to an Immigration Officer.

The POJ method doesn't seem to work any longer.
I have called about 6 or 7 times since yesterday using the method and got transfered to a customer service respresentative always.

Please inform if anybody has the newest way to contact.
