H-1B extension Question for 863211

My question is still about the part4 on I-129, the consulate part, I tried to persuade our school ISS officer not to fill this part, she insists on that is necessary, because she is the one to fill the I-129 for me representing university, would you like to reference some rules or examples or other staff help me to persuade her not filling that part. I am really worrying, because my daughter also extends her H4 with me together, if we were assigned to get our visa outside USA, it will make us a big trouble. Thanks.
