今天看一個論壇的帖子。看到大家討論說從今年1月1號開始移民局新政策規定h1b transfer 需要申請prevailing wage，而且必須是mail in獲得。
-Not true. Only if your prevail wage application was filed before January 20, 2010, you had to send it by mail. After January 20, you can apply for the prevail wage online through iCert system or it could be done instantly by using one of the OES data sources.

Your lawyer/employer should know how to do.
