我想近期回國一趟，查了一下process time, AP 需要3個月，

請問可不可以辦AP加急？

需要填什末表格？
-Bring your passport, I-485 receipt, two photos, a completed Form I-131, the evidence of emmergency (translate it to English by yourself), and a check of $305 if your I-485 filing fee was the old fee (not $1010). If you I-485 filing fee was $1010, you do not need to pay the AP application fee (it is free).

另外，如果懷孕了，回國反簽h1b行嗎？我聽說如果簽證官發現申請人懷孕了，就會拒簽，是嗎？

每次去簽h1b時都要問有小孩沒有，是這個目的嗎？

最近情緒很不好，很想回國調整一下 ，又擔心簽不回來了，真是著急。
