緊急問高手,H1B換公司,受益人同律師之間必須簽G28嗎?

今天收到律師的G28要我簽名as an applicant, 我必須簽該表嗎?

還收到I-129草稿,要我交3 PAYCHECK STUBS,我一開始就告她我沒有,該咋答複?

SPONSOR我的H1B 8年的現老板隻付現錢,公司快不行了.
