我本人是H1-B，更新一次。六月底六年到期。當前是I-485 pending.I-140申請人是老婆。一個lawyer 說 H1-B 可以再延，另一個說隻能用EAD 工作。到底誰對。我肯定希望
H1-B 可以再延。
-You can not extend your H1 beyond the six year H1 limit and have to use EAD to work because you did not file your personal PERM or I-140.
