請最近移民加拿大成功的朋友幫助

剛受到要求體檢，補充一些材料的通知,其中要求update letter of reference from current employer. Letter of reference 要包括四項內容，其中一項是the probability of continued employment,遞上去的申請表中沒有這樣要求。我想Employer不會在信中給出類似permanent job的話。不知大家是怎麽處理的？

1. Application to Buffalo office -- Jan. 2004.
2. First letter -- Feb., 2004.
3. Second letter (personal interview waived)-- Sept. 27, 2004
