B2 visa for parents' visit: question new online application form

To PiJiang or any other friends:

1. The online form DS-160, I finished all pages except for photo. Why cannot I get to the sign page? I tried different browser and different computers, I can go backward to each page. After complete each page of the form, I can review all pages, but it wouldn't allow me to go to the Sign page. Does anyone experence the same problem ?

I don't have to have electronic photo ready, right ?

Want to get it done so that I can start book for their interview.

2.If both my parents travel together, I only need to list my dad as principle applicant and mom as accompnied person, right ? No need to fill two application forms, right ?
