幾年來一直是同時有 H1B status 和 EAD。H1B到11月份到期，現在律師準備H1B第二次延期申請，估計下個月他還會建議我申請EAD，因為EAD 再有幾個月也到期了。盡管申請費、律師費都是公司出，但我還是想知道有沒有必要同時擁有兩種工作許可。如果沒有必要，那保持哪種工作許可比較好呢？
-It is better to file H1 extension so that you can keep your H1 status. But it is still somewhat early to file H1 extension because your employer only can file the H1 extension in advance up to 6 months before your current h1 expires.

我是綠卡主申請人，去年年中已經通過了麵試，現在在等排期。
