回複：急問AOS狀態下申請485的問題

我們07年7月大水時遞的NIW，140已批，目前在等排期。現在老公準備申請EB1-B，我因為已經用過工卡和AP，所以身份是AOS。想問一下這種狀況下，需要跟140一起遞交兩人的485還是等140批了以後RELINK到之前的485，哪種方式更好（更快）？
-Either of is fine. But you only can file another I-485 when you have a non-immigration status (e.g. H4, F2, etc.) or your status is parolee (if you used AP to enter U.S. and then, your status will be parolee for one year).

另外我在填485的時候，current status是AOS，後一個問題是expires on（m/d/y),是填d/s還是填什麽？
-The parolee status expiration date on your I-94 or written on your AP by the CBP officer when you entered U.S.

另外我最近一次回國是用的AP，part 3裏問non-immigrant visa number, 還有簽visa的地點和時間，該怎麽回答呢？
