Please help with the new online application form for B2 visa for

1. When I filled the online application form, why didn't I come across the following question which has been asked by form DS156, 157:
Have you traveled to any countries within the last five years? （過去五年有否去過其它國家）?

Based on your
領著去辦美國簽證（新）
this question should be under section:
9-3. Additional Work/Education/Training Information （工作/教育/培訓）

right ?

2. If my parent currently retired, previously worked for more than one places, is it ok to only fill one work place instead of listing all the places he has worked?
