回複：eligible non citizen status

懇請，朋友們幫忙。今天，學校告訴我們，孩子的I-94 卡的parolee 日期將於今年的八月份到期，學校要求她從新申請advanced parole,這樣才可以符合聯幫的經濟資助。我們是去年八月回的國。請指教如何應對？網分感謝！
-Just use advanced parole (AP) to go out of US and come back to get a new I-94 at the port of entry. Then, her status will be parolee again for another year.
